A statement was received on\u00a014 February 2018\u00a0regarding the new housing development that is earmarked for\u00a0Elsies\u00a0River, on the premises of the old so-called \u2018Double D\u2019 factory.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Here is the communication received directly from the developer:\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cE-Junction Property Developers has finally received plan approval on the security village planned for Elsies River Industrial.\u00a0 The development will comprise 2-bedroom apartments for the rental market only, becoming available at \u00b1 R6,500\/month.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cConstruction is expected to start in the second quarter of 2018 with a projected completion date towards the end of 2019.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
