In all these cases, the ERCID Cleaning and Maintenance Team cleared and remove the dumped matter as soon as possible.<span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559739&quot;:160,&quot;335559740&quot;:240}\">\u00a0T<\/span>he ERCID management asks all businesses and property owners to please act responsibly and to not dump refuse on the streets of our Improvement District.\u00a0 Illegal Dumping carries a very heavy fine and if caught the ERCID will act decisively. The business premises that were affected, were\u00a0Abil\u00a0Services, Recycle Company, Speedy Services and the petroleum garage. The fire started at the recycling premises and spread to the adjacent building.<\/p>\n<p>The ERCID Public Safety Officer, Forensics, SAPS and The City of Cape Town Building Inspector was on-scene.\u00a0 The fire\u00a0brigade swiftly completed\u00a0the operation\u00a0at the site.\u00a0<span that\u00a0had been\u00a0stolen in Bellville\u00a0and\u00a0was found in\u00a0Consani\u00a0Road next to the scrap yard.\u00a0Elsies\u00a0River Police\u00a0were\u00a0on the scene\u00a0and the owner confirmed the tracker showed that\u00a0the vehicle\u00a0had come\u00a0into Elsie River around 03h00.\u00a0It was also not the first time his car\u00a0had\u00a0got hijacked.<span apprehended two suspects who robbed an unknown female on the Corner of 7th Avenue and 11th Street Elsie River.<span in 12th Street.<span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559739&quot;:160,&quot;335559740&quot;:259}\">\u00a0<\/span>The one male was walking with his arm around the female\u2019s waist on the Corner on 12th Street and 7th Avenue while the other male was a distance behind them.
